Testing & Validation

Once a product sample is submitted, we immediately proceed with detailed laboratory and organoleptic testing to establish the optimal irradiation dose. We employ specialized X-ray Density Analysis to streamline this process, ensuring rapid turnaround and highly accurate dosage outcomes.

Product Irradiation

Once the appropriate dose is approved, we will schedule and perform the irradiation process. Our Quality Assurance Officer ensures all procedures comply with the work order and verifies that the applied dose meets the required specifications.

Certificate of Irradiation

After the process is complete, we'll notify you that your product is ready for collection and provide an Irradiation Certificate via email.
